About the event
Learn the basics of the Enneagram's 9 types and ways of cultivating your more essential self. I look forward to welcoming you to my home (or online for remote learners) for this spring session!
How we'll spend our time together: Our time together will include a lecture-based class, with light participation from students. Topics include:
Light "presencing" activities for mindfulness
Enneagram overview, history, and the 3 Instinctual Centers of Intelligence
Deep dives on each of the 9 Enneagram types
Integrative activities and interactive break-outs
