Meet Andrew
Facilitator, Teacher, and Enneagram Coach in London, United Kingdom
Andrew brings over a decade of experience in business and sustainability consulting to his work with individuals and organizations navigating change and self exploration.
Central to his approach is the Enneagram, a rich personality system rooted in nine core archetypes. Andrew uses it as both a practical lens and a contemplative tool: helping people identify blind spots and strengths, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with the essential qualities they bring to their work and relationships.
Andrew's experience in Enneagram spans over 8 years, delivering Enneagram fundamentals courses and full-day workshops to groups ranging from 10-100 participants. His background in the Enneagram is founded on the teachings of Russ Hudson and Jessica Dibb, with whom his formation of the Enneagram lasted five years. As such, Andrew's approach to the Enneagram is diverse, lending itself to lecture-based, exchange-driven, and narrative techniques.
Andrew's professional work outside the Enneagram includesenergy and decarbonization consulting in the corporate and consulting domain, providing a point of reference for individuals exploring how we balance work and personal growth in conventional western workplaces.
At this time, Andrew is working completely on a volunteer basis to support Enneagram exploration in his local community in London and online.
